I think EA will always use their own shoes, for Players, who are not so famous or who doesn't have a contract with Nike, Adidas etc...:f***:

I hadn't noticed that... I hardly ever check my boots in o-edit.

Guys, let's not get into the whole issue of "did you make this boot? I didn't find it..." or "can you please try this boot?"

I don't do requests, but as a rule I make so many that chances are a little patience on your part will generally see your boot made.

So... same template as '07, and I've seen boot #132 (some pretty decent pumas too) I haven't even run the demo yet, so I can't speak to gameplay etc., but so far it's all systems go for boots!

It will be interesting to see if the number of boots can be increased even further.

Nike Lasers, various Pumas, even Hummel boots are in there - and did I mention that they are all 128x128? (2GB) They are all remade and look a whole lot better than previous efforts. I thoroughly approve of the effort put in.

I haven't tried it yet, but I expect that the number will be able to go to the 132 they named at least. For Fifa 07 they had a dummy clet (their name, not mine) that could be used, and boot #47 wasn't included, but once a *.fsh file was made with it, it worked perfectly. I'll try it and see, though. Well done with the boot listing too - I extracted all the boots too, to see what they had included but couldn't be bothered to make a list, since I'll mess around with them all anyway.

Excellent work with that boot listing pal. Hopefully somebody will make a pack that allow us players to put more boots in the game (if we continue like this there wouldn´t be enough real boots to put in-game), of course all of them made by master Keegan.

EDIT: I have the boots now, they are pretty good. My German Friend has them on his Filefront site. The Adidas +Predator Absolute TRX White Royal Blue Silver has a white tongue instead of a blue one. The generics are really good looking, like the ones off the 360 games. Not a bad effort by EA.

I just extracted the boots out aswell and there a few decent made by EA. The MESSI F50.7 requested from page 3 of this thread are #123 however they're nowhere near the quality of keegan designs. They appear a lighter blue ingame. I don't know if there is a different o. model for their nike T90 LASERS because keegans LASERS are on a different planet in terms of quality.

Yeah, that is true. Many players (especially in Italy) wear Asics boots, it would be wonderful if you could make a few. HOWEVER, I know that you made 2 asics boots before, one blue and one black (I think). It would be great if you could make a white one also...if not then it's alright mate!

Hey Mikas - There aren't many new boots out at the moment, and the really new stuff that the PES guys have made, there aren't really good pics available that I'd use... apart from that, it amuses me how this thread rolls merrily along without much imput from me! :D

I do have a few team Tunits to do yet - Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Chelsea (which is basically to slap a team logo on the blue/white Tunits) but the boot scene is very quiet right now.

Hey Kevin long time no post, I made a quick search of your thread and last years thread and I see that you never made the new Tunit in the basic colors (unless I am terribly mistaken). I am referring to the f50.7 series worn by Adebayor among others. I see the team tunits like the Real Madrid and they are fantastic. It is not a request of course, but I was wondering if you had a reason for not making them?

I'm hoping Megson gets us back up the table - he certainly has players at his disposal to do the job! When you're on the team select screen in a friendly you can choose to have the winter conditions on, this gives the players gloves.

Now I have to re-install the game.

In which files are the boots stored? And can i simply back them up from my current instalation and copy them back into my new clean install?

if you using Boot Deluxe from monkeydragons, just copy the BD08 folder. it should contains all boots files.

I used Boot Centre 08 Demo. MonkeyDragon's boot deluxe only lets me import 60 boots. I didn't know how to import the other boots so I just used Boot Centre 08 to import all 134 boots into the game.

Any idea what files those would be?

i think that you want to back up the imported boots right? they are all in zdata_04.big all the t20__x.fsh files. you can export and import them using file master 08. using boots deluxe to import boots which has id that greater than 60 you have to insert the id in the free id. clear the free id and import other boots to have different boots for each id ;)

i know this is definitely out of topic... but i really need help

i tried googling for the solution, post in the correct forum, etc, but still stuck and not finding any solution...

My problem is i'm trying to modify boots on FIFA Manager 08..
The boots is also located on zdata_02.big..
i export the boot (fsh),
using fshtool I extracted the images (bmp), change with keegan's boot.. , repack back to fsh using fsh tool..
i put it on root folder of FIFAM 08 (found that out on FIFAM forum)..
the boot changes on screen where we want to choose kits, but on the 3D match it still showing old boots..
I also tried to import it inside zdata_02.big and removing the files on the root folder. result : no feet on the kits selection screen, same old boots on the 3d match...

where did i go wrong?

please help me... or at least show me where should i look for exact steps to importing boots..
