Not to hard to understand but for everyone that can only understand english (or are to lazy to click on a link)
CPU for XP/2000: Pentium 4 (1,3Ghz) or equivalent.
Memory requirements for XP/2000: 256Mb RAM
CPU for Vista: Pentium 4 (1,5Ghz) or equivalent.
Memory requirements for Vista: 512Mb RAM
Free Disk Space required: 3,92GB
Graphic card with 64MB ram as minimum (*)
DVD Drive 8x as minimum.
Direct-x 9 or higher installed.
(*) Supported chipsets: NVIDIA GeForce3 or greater (GeForce MX series not supported); ATI Radeon 8500 or greater; Intel 915/945/950/GMA3000. Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported.
To compare. This were the Fifa07 requirements:
OS - Windows 2000/XP
Processor - 1.3 GHz or faster
Memory - 256MB RAM
Hard Drive - 1.2 GB
DVD Drive - 8 SPEED
Video Card - 64MB*
Conslusion: Fifa08 is way better optimized,.. but my best guess is that Fifa08 is just Fifa07 with 3 new leagues and a bit more teams (oh and updated transfers!!).
Good to see that Konami sees a PC as next-gen! I wonder if Fifa09 on the pc will still be curren-gen.

my video card is ATI RADEON X550 256 MB, its a good video card overall....and i have problems with FIFA 07...i had to make some changes in the FIFA files to make it run smoother
as far as i know im not the only one to have problem with ATI card...there is a whole thread about this problem in the official FIFA 07 forum...it seems "FIFA doesnt like ATI" :(
i hope EA coped with this problem in FIFA 08
