Hi, I just registered here because I have this problem when I try to lower wages.
I go to contract screen and negotiate with them for a bit lower wages but more years. I even add those bonus percentages but none player ever accepts. I have to do this because my board is demanding that and I'm losing too much money after every game. So how can I effectively lower their wages?
