I've been having a go at Hearts uniform but have some questions.

How do I get the colour deep enough without completely wiping out the texture of the creases in the shirt. I tried using Arsenal's away maroon as a colour (I'm using photoshop 7 and used the colourpicker to copy the colour), but I have to lower the opaqueness of the colour otherwise the creases basically disappear.

How do I colour in part of the uniform ie leave the shorts white why colouring the rest if I add a layer of Maroon?

Sorry for the noob questions, I just wanted to try a kit rather than ask for someone else to make it.

ashman u put the template up and make a new layer down and on the template u put blend mode multiply , you use rectangle to cut out from the layer with maroon or u add a new layer on top of it and select with rectangle tool and color it as you wish
