I guess you would have to open fifa.db with unidb and look for your team, there you would then find the team id. I would give you more info, but honestly i forgot how it's done :( (i did this when i was unlocking third kits in fifa 06 and 07). Don't know whether there is an easier way to know the created teams id. As for the teams.ini: When you find the id go to the folder of menu working in the fifa08 folder, where you should find the "teams-id.ini". open it with notepad and at the end add "Markham SC,12456" - where the number is your id (12456 is a fictional number). Still it is a lot of work, therefore i would recomend you to wait for creation master or another similar tool that will make it easier for you.
