The texture is good but you need to change the o-model. Also the nose is to big and you should make the lips straight.

You are improving little by little.. Keep making and be more precise in your facemaking and try to make one very good face instead of many average faces.. Work harder on one face.. For example my David Villa face costed me many hours of work to make it ..
