i have downloaded the winter transfer patch and when i install it, i go into my game and my squads are not updated?

help with this matter would be very much appreciated

Hi, Try resetting your squads via the in-game menu option or delete the D.squads file in the D.Squads folder in My Documents and reset your squads in-game.
