Sneijder looks too much surprised if you ask me, I think a reporter was asking him a question in Spanish or smth. Could you try to make him look more 'normal' which means that his eyebrows are a bit lower and that he looks into the lens perhaps? I think this will look weird ingame, the face is great and the mapping also and the hair looks very realistic but I don't like his expression that's all, to me he looks a bit like an idiot like that :D
