It's me again. :ewan: I'm opening this thread for those editors that will want to convert the already succesful Euro 2008 Patch from FIFA 07 into FIFA 08 format. As I will be busy with studies on exchange I will have no time to phyisically do any editing myself. I will maybe only be able to offer written advice in this thread. This thread will be more of hub where editors who have a deisre to convert this patch into FIFA 08 can collaborate to get things done.

All those that are interested in seeing this patch for FIFA 08 please post here! Hopefully you all can remake this fantastic patch for FIFA 08. :D Finally, if/when this version is released for FIFA 08, I would kindly ask that I am mentioned in the credits as the Concept Author of this patch. :)

You are going to run into trouble with the very limited allowed size of the fifa.fat in Fifa08, in it's current state there is no way to import much into the game. OF course there is an option to put things inside the root fifa folder, but then all the things you put there won't show up in the future editor programs like Creation Master and Creation Centre.

Well as it's own patch it wont really need to be edited after its release I dont think. The only thing that would need to be done are the rosters and importing new kits, but even then rosters could be done without CM program.

So If people are interested keep posting. Being here in Canada I wont be able to do any editing ;)

Just a little update, I've made the 3 Baltic teams and imported their nat. stadiums, and they work, but there is a limit on the FIFA.fat. As everyone else, I'm waiting patiently for Rinaldo's CM08 to see if he can expand the FIFA.fat file. :) However as I have exams here in Canada in December; I probably wont be able to work on this project further untill the new year. :(

I doing a new EURO 2008...so..mayb mine can replace yours?

Pretty much all the stadiums are ready for conversion into FIFA 08, and we just need Sound Master to import anthems and commentary, really the main thing is just kits and minis that need to be made, and just the rosters have to be converted and updated; everything else is ready. :)

there are many unimportanat files in zdatas which u can delete
my fat-size is 236 or sth like that!
