i am downloading them all.can you please tell how to apply them in the game.
i have CM07 but i am having some problems with saving the file.so,can you please tell some other tool to import them.

can i get english version of that flag making tutorial?also,what tool you used for making these flags?

They used Adobe Photoshop CS2 to create the flags.
But you can also create them with a previous version of Photoshop.
The tutorial will also be available in English in a few weeks.
