Stop using the same headmodel man.. ;)) You don't edit the shape in .o program so try then using other headmodels for the next faces.. My advice since i know u ;)

doesnt look like him

i use vdv because his original model is wrecked and i have a patch is face is changed with another one made by another facemaker

so extract the ori o file from the ori cd...
you have a rar that called commpresd(somthing like that) extract it and improt from the ori bigs

did u used vdv model? it doesnt look like ronaldo, you must try using ea´s ronaldo head model and you will get a better face with less work.
