Good face,the mouth is wrong,change it and map it inside,nose is wrong too,and something with distances between mouth/nose i guess,try to fix these things + ears form/texture
And make finally hair for your Hleb,make the Scholes hair too.

Yes someone finaly made Casillas, but you need to work more on the hair and nose.
