My question is how to make my own model (.o) face of a certain player, of who I want to make a face, without taking a player from FIFA ?

You can do face model's with Rhino 3d and convert to .o file....but is too difficult and i don't know any tutorial

you can`t man, you extract a face (o model and 1 or 2 textures) and you start editing.
