Karpaty Lviv

1st flag is about old friendship between oldest and greatest Ukrainian clubs - Dynamo Kyiv, Karpaty Lviv, Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.

2nd - Stepan Bandera, leader of Organisation of Ukrainian Nacionalists, killed by Soviet agent in 1959.
