I had this issue with the demo. Do you have WebTV installed? try uninstalling it (webtv).

I've reinstalled Windows and have the latest drivers for my gfx card.
And I don't have Web TV installed...

Any other suggestions?

These errors usually have something to do with one of two things:

What do you have running in the background? Kernel32 errors are often caused by insufficient memory. Try closing everything running in the background and try again.

What type of processor do you have? I have an AMD Athalon, and I couldn't play anything even though my system specs blew the requirements out of the water. Turned out I was running too hot- needed to get a better cooling fan! The processor gets too hot to process the instructions coming from the intensive game and gets shut down as it can't keep up. If that's the problem, I solved it by picking up a cooling fan for an Alpha! I'm now running 20 degrees F cooler!

I got Pentium III 800MHz, 128RAM, 20GB h/d. I will get home from work and try to make Netscape as default browser too....
Nothing really runs in background except NetZero, to connect to the Internet.

I reinstalled it 4 - 5 times. Game worked fine before too, when I was not online. I'm getting Kernel.dll BS when I want to play online.
