Well, I went to the message board, and found all messages about the petition had been removed. Bizarre considering other posts from before I posted my message survived. EA we try to talk to you, but you just won't listen, especially considering EA's produced NEVER replied to the petition.
Way to go EA!

if this is true than it's a disgrace and we won't even post anything in this message board, because they seimply leave what they want and remove what they don't!!!!!!!!!!

Wait, what do you mean... in this forum?
I searched and I found some of your posts about the petition. Are you saying that the most recent are gone?

LOL
Get out, are they really removing posts?!?!
That's so pathetic.
If that's true, it's like I told you before Schumacher - they don't deserve fans and CUSTOMERS like you. They don't deserve fans who do their work for them - the great guys who make add boards, and stadiums, and kits, and super patches, and editors, or even guys like soccer gaming who run fan sites for them.
I've been disappointed with EA and Fifa ever since '99, they don't listen to our comments, and I gave up after Fifa 2000 - but if they're removing posts about a petition for SUGGESTIONS for EA TO MAKE THEIR OWN GAME BETTER then that's, firstly, idiotic, and secondly, just shows how arrogant and big-headed they are.
I didn't think it could be possible, but if this is true, my opinion of EA Sports has tumbled even lower.
I wish ISS was on the PC and had a Fifa licence.
At least Euro 2000 isn't being made by the same programmers in Vancouver who made Fifa 2000 - I believe it's being made by a team in England....then again, if EA treat people like that why should I even bother.

Oh NO..not the English section of EA:> If they have anyting to do with it..it could turn out to be even worse than ..Premier All Stars..that pathetic excuse for a Football game that they released just before Fifa 2000.... just about every reviewer on the net really panned it to the craphouse, and they were right on with all there comments too, so guys don't hold your breath waiting for this one...i hope that i am wrong, but but but...

I think you'll find that the team that developed FAPLS has nothing to do with Euro 2000 - its a completely different team. Same country, different people - a bit like saying that Dover Athletic are crap so all English teams are.

I hope that you are right about that...maybe we will have half a chance now........

I know what u mean guys

I can't stand FIFA and I have hated it since FIFA99

I didn't trust EA and I have to say that I downloaded both last versions

I was not about to shell out 40 $ on another faulty game

I bought FIFA99 for N64 and it sucked ass...it wasn;t worth my 60$

I just wish ISS 98 came out for the PC...I would buy that instantly

I am turning to microsoft and ISS soon...because EA just isn't going to listen.

I praise all those guys out there that have made efforts through their patches for video, graphics, and music

You guys are the best and have made a crappy game good

Thanks

Then there's only one thing to do... POST THEM ALL OVER AGAIN!!!
EA will soon learn that they have to give us what we want, not they want!

If EA are going to be like this then I say boycott FIFA 2001...
They don't care about us, and we always have to suffer because of their arrogance!

If we boycott they still won't care - it won't be nearly enough of us, they'll still sell millions upon millions of copies, and they'll get wonderful reviews from tons of videogame sites that play the game for a total of 5 minutes - I can't believe the number of sites that when talking about the MLS licence in Fifa2000 said something to the effect of; "the addition of the MLS licence is great" - but they DON'T mention the fact you can't PLAY A SEASON - that's the most rediculous part about including the MLS licence. Only a few sites mentioned the pinball gameplay etc - all they do is say how wonderful the graphics are and that's it.
I just hope Konami get a Fifa licence - although I don't see it happening because they'd be a legitimate threat to EA's game - ISS is light years ahead of the Fifa series in terms of gameplay - its just a shame it's not as 'mainstream' as Fifa and too many people care about the fact it doesn't have real player names - as if that really matters (I don't give a damn) - not to mention in WE4/ISS Evolution the players actually LOOK a little like their real life counterparts - instead of being skeletons like in Fifa2000. I think the only company/game that can challenge EA will be the next version of Microsoft's International Soccer.

As for me, I'll be sticking to ISS - the best videogame football series - I only wish it was on the PC - but the PS2 version is comming out this fall http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

If we want them to pay attention we have to hit them where it hurts most... in their pockets

The game isn't that bad, but it could be _MUCH_ better, and they treat their customers like this!?!?

I don't care if the others don't have money to buy licenses from Fifa, MLS or whatever. I just need a good game!
If EA don't improve their game, the only way they'll be seeing my money is using a pair of binoculars!!
http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/eek.gif Yeah, like this!
