hi

ive tried installing the fifa2001 patch that was on the fifa2001.com site that gives leeds, arsenal, man city etc their sponsors on their shirts.

but ive done what the readme.txt has told me to do , but the shirts are still the same.

do i need a restart?
anyone have any problems?

Well yoou have done the right thing just run this check list to make sure.

You down loaded the file to a directory outside the games directory

On unzipping/extracting the files, you extracted them (with or without the read me) to your fifa directroy data\players as the read me says

You went to that directroy, and clicked on the file that said Patch.

On clicking on patch, a DOS program runs to install teh files, you would then close the MS DOS prompt window, than start the game, it should take effect, worked perfectly well for me.

i have a similar problem, but my problem is i dont know what da hell i am doing. I d/l the FA Premier League kit but now it says 2 unzip all contents to FIFA2000\data\player and run patch.bat now i have no idea where dat is, someone please tell me what da batch.bat is i wanna run the kit so bad i have been trying for 3 days and asking people for 3 days so far noone has helped me. Get a much better kit patch at www.fifahq.com (http://www.fifahq.com)
Tried it - works 100% unlike one made by someone who thought my computer was a place to put a virus on and try and force me out of SG...
