Hi everybody, 'im new to this Forum and just wanted to know what everyone's opinion on Euro 2000 was. I personally thought it was rubbish and nowhere near as good as Fifa 2000! Also has anybody played Fifa 2001 - Is it more similar in gameplay to Fifa 2000 or Euro 2000?

i thought by far the greatest euro ever, every game was entertaining, exciting, overall great soccer. from the beginning to end. it was great. the semi's and the final were the highlight. the france, portugal game was very entertaining and although it ended in controversy i still think france should have won. and then italy netherlands game was great considering zambrotta got the red, i think netherlands should have won because of all the shots they missed, but that just shows that they just cant shoot, and the final one of the most exciting and suspenseful games, ending in france winning 2-1 in golden extra time. and i just have to say one thing that italy showed that they deserved to be in the final and it wasnt a fluke

I think he means the ****ty EA game as oppose to the ****ty (for us English) tournment in Holland/Belgium. http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif
