i have the full version game bought at electronics boutiue , and when i click on UPDATE.exe i get this error

IMPROPER COMMAND LINE ARGS
UPDATE FAILED

could some one please help me out

i used to have that too... i couldn't communicate with the server, i think becoz they havent has any update yet, now i can and updating...
Anyway, you shouldn't click on the exe file, click using the update in the start menu, it's suppose to be:
"C:\Program Files\EACOM\Update\update.exe" -id FIFA2001 -url "http://fifa2001.downloads.ea.com/games/EA_SPORTS/FIFA_2001/ukeng" -dir "C:\PROGRA~1\EASPOR~1\FIFA20~1" -cdpath "E:" -checkandupdate -indexrequired
Anyone noes what the update is for?
