when i change the resolution to 800 x 600 the player names, skill bars and radar is in the middle of the screen and not at the bottom. Anyone know how to fix this?

You could try anoother resolution like 1024x786 or others. What I would highly recommend though is that you download and install the fifa window patch from FIFA VICTOR MARCAO and then play around wih the resolutiion of the window so that you can see which resolution this happens at and just use one that is a couple of pixels lower or higher
