Hi

As anyone who has played the newest US Sports games from EA Sports (NHL Ice Hockey & Madden American Football) will testify, the FIFA graphics are nothing compared to these. Even though FIFA 2001 is the best yet, the graphics are much better on the US Sports games. The players are so much more realistic. You can tell the player just by seeing their face, which you can't in FIFA. Every team has their own stadium in both of these games. Even the crowd looks good. FIFA 2001 seems to lack effort compared to these.

Well, there are only about 30-34 teams in each of those games. NFL has 32 I think, and NHL, uhmm. But the point is that the FIFA games have way more then that. And then all the players on each of the teams..that a lot of work and a lot of memory for that matter.

Good point. It would be hard to find a balance between loads of teams, and better looks. But only 10 or so stadiums? Surely they could have more than that, especially as the crowds don't look too good... The NHL players are AMAZING though. You can even import your own face into the game.

You know, I will be happy with 1 stadium as long as they do a GOOD job on how the actual football game played! The graphics is THERE.
Finally the game speed is THERE.

Go Dynamo!

joe you made a good point about there being more teams in FIFA, compared to other games HOWEVER, it is a fact that FIFA is EA SPORTS #1 selling title (or close to NHL) anyways, i think EA should hire at least 1 extra person to concentrate on accuracy of kits, accuracy of players (appearnce, stats) and other things. Before FIFA 2001 was released the official webpage was claiming 3D crowds, so i believe althought they Wanted to implement it , they ran out of time (I would rather EA delay their release than deliver on time a product with many minor bugs & glitches)
