Step 1-On the main menu go to team management.

Step 2-go to creation zone

Step 3-chose the player that you want to change and go to the last category which says Categories.

you get points by completing challenges. Honestly i played manager mode for a while and simed a lot of games and before i knew it i had 28,000 points, enough to buy all of the packs. Try doing challenge mode i havent tried that.

well not oficially but there is a way you can do it with already existing teams.

Here are my answers:

1-the difference is that arena (exp) points are only for the player that u have in the arena which is kinda stupid , the creation zone points are for any player which is kinda cool cuz if u buy all the packs you can add 9400 to any player in the game.

2-This is the thing that pisses me off, you cant buy legends EA really messed up there, the only way to actually have a legend is to get unlimited creation points and make them, which ill tell u how to do later.

3-The fifa lounge actually kinda weird, its a mode were you play against teams with cheap shots, they also tell you the probability of winning your match and all of this stuff its cool, cheap shots are what makes it weird but surprisingly fun at times, you have to unlock them by winning games though, cheap shot range from 1 star rarity rating to 6 star rarity rating and are stuff like throughout a whole game you can make it so that your defenders never get booked no matter what they do or no fatigue even a 3 goal head start to a game. its kinda weird

4- the glitch i found was from a friend who is apparently a genious for finding this out, it takes about an hour to make a perfect player thats why i only do the key attributes, it gives you unlimited player creation points for editing any player you want or for your created players.

step 1-buy all of the experience packs for the creation zone it will make the process mutch faster

step 2-make a player and distribute the points out however you want but DONT do anything to the traits, save and exit.

Step 3- in creation zone go to edit player and find your created player on the free agents

step 4- go to any of his stats and move it 1 back and 1 front i.e. if shooting power is 90 flick it to 89 and back to 90, accept the changes, save and quit

step 5- now if you go to free agents again and find your player go to his traits and you will see leadership marked and low concentration and low determination will now be unmarked, just un-mark leadership and mark low concentration and determination. 1000 points for free just like that!

step 6- repeat steps 3-5 as many times as you want, you can use those 1000 points right away or keep doing the glitch until you get the # points you want and add them to your player.

step 7- his glitch works for any player even a player thats not created,do this by doing steps 3-5 but instead of finding your created player you find any player you want, but you have to un-mark all of his good traits and mark all of his bad traits.

this glitch is crazy long but it definitely works. If the explenation was too long or u just want me to make it simpler just tell me because i kno i had the hardest time learning this glitch

ok there are 28 stadiums in total only 24 are real, as for the other question no you dont have to unlock them theyre all there from the start hope this helped

yea you have to save the team roster before you start manager mode with it and then when you turn it on load the roster and hel be there

yea exact same thing happened to me, what you have to do is once you create a player save the roster of the team you put him on or else you cant play with him only on manager mode. right now i think ur just gonna have to wait until u finish ur 15th season or something like that so u can upload ur team

the only differences i kno of are the cover of the game and the language its in other than that i think its all the same. im really sorry but theres also another glitch ive never tried it but maybe itll work for you here let me give you the link

thats a good question and idk how EA did this but its random because when this has happened to me sometimes i get a loss and sometimes i get a win and sometimes the game doesnt even get recorded

Here are my answers:

1-the difference is that arena (exp) points are only for the player that u have in the arena which is kinda stupid , the creation zone points are for any player which is kinda cool cuz if u buy all the packs you can add 9400 to any player in the game.

2-This is the thing that pisses me off, you cant buy legends EA really messed up there, the only way to actually have a legend is to get unlimited creation points and make them, which ill tell u how to do later.

3-The fifa lounge actually kinda weird, its a mode were you play against teams with cheap shots, they also tell you the probability of winning your match and all of this stuff its cool, cheap shots are what makes it weird but surprisingly fun at times, you have to unlock them by winning games though, cheap shot range from 1 star rarity rating to 6 star rarity rating and are stuff like throughout a whole game you can make it so that your defenders never get booked no matter what they do or no fatigue even a 3 goal head start to a game. its kinda weird

4- the glitch i found was from a friend who is apparently a genious for finding this out, it takes about an hour to make a perfect player thats why i only do the key attributes, it gives you unlimited player creation points for editing any player you want or for your created players.

step 1-buy all of the experience packs for the creation zone it will make the process mutch faster

step 2-make a player and distribute the points out however you want but DONT do anything to the traits, save and exit.

Step 3- in creation zone go to edit player and find your created player on the free agents

step 4- go to any of his stats and move it 1 back and 1 front i.e. if shooting power is 90 flick it to 89 and back to 90, accept the changes, save and quit

step 5- now if you go to free agents again and find your player go to his traits and you will see leadership marked and low concentration and low determination will now be unmarked, just un-mark leadership and mark low concentration and determination. 1000 points for free just like that!

step 6- repeat steps 3-5 as many times as you want, you can use those 1000 points right away or keep doing the glitch until you get the # points you want and add them to your player.

step 7- his glitch works for any player even a player thats not created,do this by doing steps 3-5 but instead of finding your created player you find any player you want, but you have to un-mark all of his good traits and mark all of his bad traits.

this glitch is crazy long but it definitely works. If the explenation was too long or u just want me to make it simpler just tell me because i kno i had the hardest time learning this glitch

I dont know answer to our question but if you update your fitness maneger to level 10 it realy helps your players to nearly have full stamina bar for every match.

Hey man I´ve been playing manager mode with barcelona for a couple of days but there is something bugging me out.

Can you upload your team to get it as default so for example when I want to play a friendly match with someone else can I use my manager mode team with the same specifications as it is in manager mode?

I think I saw something about You beeing able to do it until the 15 season is that true?

Or if there is another way to play with my manager mode team please tell me so where do I save the rooster.


I hope you can help me since my team is really going up and I would definitely like to kick some ass with my team :P.

Fifa08 players, don't hate mefor this I'm only trying to help you. You all need to find Pro Evolution Soccer 4, If you play it once you'll be hooked, the graphics are great, It's easier to score yet still challenging and has to be the best football game ever made, by the way this game has no major glitches. I've played PES 6 and PES 2008 and they are terrible football simulators. The best football games are the first four PES games. I have played a couple of Fifa games and it's way too difficult to control the players and score as well as defend.

I want to creat players on creation zone and edit them. The problem im having is that i want to use those players on Manager mode to a team of my own choice but i dont know how. I want to put those players on a squad before i sign with a team of my choice....anybody with clue how to do this please help me out thanks.

first of all you fake a shot by pressing the shoot buttton and quickly sliding your finger to the pass button.

to put your created players on a team your create them and then put them on free agents. from there you go to the team management screen and go to free agents, your player should be there. Now you just select him and put him on the team of your choice. to put him in the arena do the same thing but then go to arena player selection he should be on the team you put him on or on free agents. Be sure to save the roster

PES kinda sucks but thats my opinion so owell:rolleyes:

Same as in PES. Press Shoot button (I have the 'new' mapping which ressembles PES -- so it's square) and the X button right after it. To feint a cross do the same with circle then X. Like in PES it only works when you're in the opponent's half.

This is for the PS3, but it should be the same for Xbox

1...My brother and I both have our seperate manager mode games going and both have good teams, is there any way we can play our teams against each other to see who is best?

2...I want to get a created player into the arena, i have gone onto the option and onto free transfers but only one of my 3 created players is on there. any idea why this is?

In the Arena, Main Screen, Star off by running the ball or passing it anywhere on the pitch. Press the D-Pad, Left or right, and it will set up a free kick, no Wall, Just yourself. If you run it or pass it into the box. then you can practice Penalties.

i did resolve problem 1. i deleted all my profile data and created a new profile and it seems to work fine. let me know if you guys ever see problem 2 occurring.

Ive always been a fifa fan and usually can get the hang of any new featues EA adds and im quite a pro but OMG this new one is TOTALLY different.

Ive been playing it now for about a month (had it about a year but been addicted to Oblivion) and im getting annoyed with it now. Wondered if anyone can give me any tips?

1st off how the hell do you win headers? No matter what i do i can't win headers in open play :swear2: I win a about 1/10 from corners but the always go over or wide! Any tips?

2nd how do you go by defenders? When im down the wing with Ronaldo, one on one with the left back i cant go past him. Sometimes i can using the right stick to knock the ball forward but doing tricks is a nightmare.

3rd this is really a moan than anything else! What is with the goalkeepers? Ive conceded so many goals because they never win one on ones, they take an age to get up off the floor after a dive and sometimes they don't even bother to atempt a save, they are by far the worst excuse for AI ive ever seen. And the other players on your team.... At times they just run around like headless chickens and get in the way of passes to other team mates :mad:

I must say though it does feel like you've actually earned a goal when you score it. It is addictive too, usually a game that pi55es me off this much would be on eBay by now!

Safe to say this game needs some improvement. Ive played PES2008 and that is still no comparison to Fifa, PES is a shockingley bad game!

i have bought all of the creation point packs but my creation player starting points are only at 9500 still....and that create a player point glitch dusnt work because i follow that guide you post on the first page but when i go on the traits the leader trait isnt marked. any help for a fellow united fan?????

How do I install fifa08 in my computer using my xbox360 disc?

Hi Rico, I'm new to Soccer gaming forum I bought my Xbox nearly 2 weeks ago and last week bought FIFA 08 and love it!
I used to have it on the PS2 before I upgraded to the Xbox.
However I'm having a few problems getting to grips with the controls of the Xbox especially shooting, as I am finding the ball either goes too high or to the left or right of the goal. Am I holding down the B button too long?

is there an easy way of sorting this out, please can you help

Also with regards to Scouting for players, I am currently trying to scout for a new striker as my current top striker Mcbride is getting old and going to retire next season. Can you recommend the best area to scout from please.
