I have a very annoying problem

When i'm playing in multiplayer, the game is switching my players like an idiot, and i can't even move and tackle my opponent sometimes. One pass, and my game switches players about 4-5 times.I don't even touch any buttons

Of course, i totally disabled the auto-switching or whatever in the controls menu.(My opponent also)

Does anyone have any suggestions how to disable this?
