Great kits for your start kitmaking,keep making and you will learn a lot of tips to make a wonderfull kits,but that you learn in some months.

Very good start. You should use a trick simo_yes has taught me to get a true black, glossy look to you kits.
1) make a copy of your template and set it to screen
2) Go to image,adjustments,brightness/contrast and lower the brightness all the way to -100
3) repeat so you get -200.

Hope this helps. Especially if you're using photoshop, if not sorry for wasting you're time reading this.
