As I own both here are what I think are the differences between pc and ps3 versions..

quite simply the gameplay is much better on the ps3 simply because its a little slower than on the pc.. its easier to tackle again because its a little slower..

the only thing that is better with the pc version is its easy to apply patches etc!
and the grafics are slightly better on the pc..(if you have a very fast pc...)

I havn't noticed any slow down in penalty area on the ps3..

for me gameplay is the most important so the ps3 wins hands down...

For me the PC version has much better graphics than PS3 one. There is a big difference, although you need a powerful system to handle it with max settings on.
