Any advice on free kicks would really help me... I cant get any decent spin on the ball and I shoot it way over the net... guess i got too used to pes

what i do is just a quick press of the shot button (for just outside the 18 yard box) and just after your player kicks the ball move your direction stick to which ever side u want the curl to be.Holding the shot button to long and you will sky the ball over the bar into the stands behind, the more further away u are press the shot button a little longer,also use your practice mode to perfect your free kicks it will give you an idea of how much power to hit the ball with at different distances. Hope this helps.

Thats the thing, I cant get much spin on the ball.. I dont have an excellenet free kicker on my team... I think Ribery Takes my kicks or Sosa

To use practice mode go to "main menu","Game mode", practice.select what team to practice with,once loaded you can select what practice type to play,eg "free kick,"penalties","match " etc. youcan also choose the number of players to have on ether side. i find it quite useful.

Damn free kicks... i cant get spin on the,... maybe ill try the right joystick

you use your stick movement (the left one) as the power bar fills ... im still yet to score one but i hit the post for the 2nd time from a nuts distance, its almost as good as scoring

The practice mode is when you control your arena player mate, I know it's weird haha

u can use

shift(L) + arrow keys... acc to the direction u want curve ball

& give power just @ 50% u can see ur ball spins
