-New game level and physics added in this version.
-Diffuculty system is changed.
-In Diffuculty level,2 new level added these are FİNAL and FİNAL EXSTRA
-When you choose the FINAL new team ini files will be activated,FINAL EXTRA also add new pass-defence system

Final Exstra - With the Final Gameplay Patch,it makes the game a little bit diffucult and includes new defence and passing system,you can feel that when you use countrattack and pressing.
-Manager mode gives you 50 years to play.

In the folder next-gen players patch included,Players detail like in next-gen system so it may push your system if you don't have good pc system don't install it,it requires a little bit strong pc system.
Turning Off The Manual ThgrouhBall and Manual Cross closes up the game real football,Turning On Manual ThgrouhBall and Manual Cross means,almost everypass you did going well to your man.
I recommend you to turn them off.

I tried the gameplay
what does -Next-Gen system is in the game now. mean ?
the difference i felt the most was the fact that shots were more powerful, the ball actually had speed, that´s great!
But the goalkeeper is still too powerful, blocking shots from 3 metres away. It would be ideal if when I strike a powerful shot and I´d hit the goal into a top corner or something, the keeper would be powerless and not even have the time to move. Cause in real life, keepers often dont even move when such powerful and accurate strike is being made.

Looks like you've been researching.
I have two questions.

1) Is there any way to increase the number of fouls in a game?
2) Is there a way to play REAL 90 MINUTES matches?

That would be nice.


Tried your gameplay patch. Oddly enough, I found it too slow for slow, and to fast for normal. If you ask me, I wouldn't touch the game's speed at all.

to play online,your opponent must install the patch also otherwise not.

I don't like it. I have just tried it and I find the Ea's gameplay better than this one because it decreases the fluidity of the game.

open the game
Go to MY FIFA 08 > Controls
and you'll see manual thg.ball and cross , turn them off and save it.

I found out that the goalkeeper level doesnt only determin goalkeeper skill
If i set goalkeeper level to world class (game difficulty always on legendary)I can hardly keep the ball in a game and get very few shots on goal during the game. If i change the goalkeeper skill to amateur im always the stronger side, i always have the ball and the computer doesnt press as hard, i can dominate the game and strike many goals

I was wondering if it could be done so that when i set the goalkeeper difficulty to world class the actual goalkeeper skill stays at amateur( because then its the most realistic) and the computer team plays at the higher world class level so that When i actually brake down their defence i can score, not come head to head with the supergoalkeeper who can save any shot like it is in the game at the moment.

This is only one gameplay patch I found in whole net.
Not bad at all patch - made FIFA more alive like and enjoyable.
It is more easy gameplay than EA's and I stepped right away to
semipro/amateur(golly) from amateur/nov.
But anyway I am getting 5-0, 6-1 scores.
In my point this gameplay patch has a major "-" - too weak
defence. Computer losing the ball very easily eve in own or neutral
zone, middlefielders not coming back to help to defence at all (EA's gameplay
has opposite way usualy - whole team staying as a wall in defence
and scoring by making a couple of shoots - which is agly).
So, I like this G/P much more then EA's, but it needs more work on it.

After applying your patch - radar, icons with players fatique and shoot power appears
almost on the middle of the screen which is very bad looking.

In a real life to score from 3 meters more difficult then from 16 meters -
it is easy to understand - shooting angle significant less than from long
distance.

yeah i understand that, but when im going 1 on 1 and i strike with full power for example, the goalkeeper shouldnt be so fast that he is able to jump and save the ball. And its pretty much impossible to score from a distance., the keeper always does a crazy save.
The only goals i´ve got against world class keeper are when the keeper throws the ball out straight to my player and im able to score when the keeper is not in the goal

As others guys says you do not have use golly higher then amateur even if you play in world class.

Goalie level also changes the level of opponent players
gameplay at legendary, goalkeeper at amateur makes the game too easy, i get too many chances and i have too much free space. If i set the goalkeeper to world class, the enemy is very tough, but even if i get those 2 or 2 chances during a game i cant hit the ball past the superkeeper.
I hope someone here understands me, Id like to have the tough opponents the world class goalkeeper gives me, while keeping the amateur goalkeeper skill that allows me to get goals

I understand what U are saying but i do not experience the same way.
With golly as amateur I have pretty tough game with semipro opponents.
If I make enemy amateur level - it is becoming very easy play.
I found another weird thing - the more I play the less i feel difference
between new gameplay and EA's. Difference only if I play against teams
2-3 stars level.
And I realised thet ball behavior in EA's gameplay more rich and saturated.
Any way I swiched back to native gameplay and again - do not see
any big difference.:kader:

I think the most obvious thing you should always see is shot power, there is quite a difference between the original and this gameplay patch. Im pretty sure the enemy AI is not dynamicly somehow adopting to the new gameplay, rather you are getting more used to the new one

Also, you say you have a tough game with semipro. Well I´dont, it probably comes down to player skill, but i find it too easy unless i set both goalie and gameplay to world class.

how about the speed of the game? is it faster or slower? does the referee becomes more strict? i am happy to play on world class now and i only hope that the game to be slower (same speed as what you can get from fifa08 NG on 360 & ps3)... and please can you make the ball to have more weight and modify how it will bounce (as how you can see in fifa08 NG on 360 & ps3)?

This patch makes the game slightly faster. Referee seems the same
I too would like the game to be slightly slowed down and the ball to be more realistic

what files did you edit to edit the different AI settings? I still feel long shot is too inacurate when i clearly have a clear lane

With original gameplay game is going smoothly. Because of this reason
I can not use it.
And sorry, but renaming difficalties levels to GO V3 ets. is not good
idea.

First of all , If you dont play multiplayer,this patch does not crash the game you can play with no problem,but I may recommend you to backup your files in data folder and fifa folder (same-name files).

My patch gives the player NG details like in XBOX,changing in the cfg_pc_h is not useful,it may cause some problems in the game,I recommend my detail patch (Dont Forget,if you have a good video card and ram,install this detail patch otherwise no.)

Yes I say that a shot depend exactly on a player's attributes? If a player has a very strong shot attribute,he can have chance everytime to score
If your a defender has a high overall,he could score from the corner and powerful heading..etc.

Can you post screenshots of NG details like in XBOX?

And can those be installed seperatelly? I really like the way the game plays out of the box. Don't want to change anything else.

I can't upload a backup because I don't know what files it changes. I just copied my whole Fifa 08 folder to my D:\ drive before I applied the patch. Than after I deleted my main Fifa folder and copied the contents of my copy back in.

Those screenshots by the way, just show Fifa at a very low res and I can't see any improvement at all.

Its the widely spread LOD hack
it mostly changes the players hairs at a distance, by default everyone have long hair, LOD hack makes them as they should be

render rate hack and the mipmap tweak aswell, that would probably make the game smoother

the NG details patch replaces the default cfg_pc_h..find the original cfg_pc_h from the dvd n replace it back..

Such as,

I want to change shield mode of fifa 08 to how it was in fifa 07. fifa 08 shielding simply doesnt work.

I also want to change the Slow Drribling to how it was in WC 2006.

Hi Clauseengineer, your realistigameplay is excellent but after friendly match the game return to main menu. i want to have original (EA) possibilities : replay the match, replay with another team, etc... So which parameter must i change? Soory for my english.
