How do you do a low cross?

The computer seems to do it at least once a game, the ball comes in from the wide position and the ball travels along the ground, sometimes bouncing into the air..

What keys for xbox360 to do that? I know how to do a normal cross in the air..

Using both long pass and short pass, the ball doesn't come in quick enough to trouble the defenders...

Just tap twice the lob button. (and offcourse aim the desired direction)
