I'm another disapointed PES fan, and I rented FIFA 08 to try it out.

I don't really like the players faces in close-ups (they seem too dark for some reason) but what I mostly can't stand in FIFA is that there is NO edit mode at all! (create a player doesn't really count - i mean full editing mode for teams like in PES)

Is there some way to edit players in fifa and use edited players on PS3?

yeh you can edit the players, like what boots they wear, but you cant change their face, but you can change stats and boots and stuff like that, fifa doesnt have the level of editing you had on PES, im a converted PES fan too, the game play is just so much more realistic its worth taking some small compromises

So editing is only for the PC game? You can't edit through the pc and then copy the database to the PS3 somehow?

Afternoon fellas,

As a disillusioned PES player who has decided to switch sides and buy FIFA 08. Can anyone tell me if you can modify the players stats? As in make someone quicker, stronger, or taller etc?

Also the Create a Player option, does that allow you to actually create your own face, body and set the level of ability of that player? Or do you have to start with a crap default looking player and build him up?

It can be done. Go to Creation Zone. Either delete a player and recreate them with your choices of facial accessories. Unless if you need a realistic face, that wont count if you creating a new player.

Play tournaments and unlock them. Get the packages of faces , hairs , boots , shirts that you wish too.
