Before I get this game, I would like to know whether there's a PLAYER SHOP?

Last year you were able to unluck the Classic teams but you were not able to transfer any of the legends. Hell you were not able to make any transfer periods.


Is there a Player's Shop?
Can you transfer LEGENDS from the Classic teams?
