Is it just me or are these a far too common occurance? Literally 2/3s of games either team will have a goal disallowed for offside/foul etc.

Which usually leads to me getting quite a few touchline bans a season :$

yip. Mostly from corners. I seem to score like.. 50% of the time from corners but at least 90% of them goals are fouls. Too much.
Add to this the well known closing down issue, the sometimes very delayed free kicks, delayed subs (nothing happens even if the ball does go out), the not fast changing as in prev versions player ratings (a player with a 6 perf can sometimes score twice during 90+ and not even have a 7 in the end), new skin/font color readability in some screens (such as "best 11" screen).. and there's plenty more like too many cards etc.

Anyway, I don't experience anything like that. I installed the beta-patch, don't know maybe it fixes this problem.

the beta patch does "sooth it up" a bit, but there's still to many carded fouls and disallowed goals...along with the 90'+5-30yards-screamer-ties

SI has released a beta patch because everybody was crying out for them to fix the major bugs. You can find it at their forums.The official patch still hasn't been released though.

This is driving me crazy, honestly I have had more goals disallowed than I have scored. I cant wait for the patch.

all games, obviously you dont get the DB updates, but all the game-engine fixes work.

Haha, all the time.

I've probably had eight dissalowed goal, no lie, against 2 lower league teams.

I still won on 2 offisde goals (H) (watched the replays and it is defenitley offisde)

Its a problem that really is starting to piss me off.

I must admit, before this topic came up, I didnt think it twice, but i had 3 disalowed goalsin ONE BLEEDING GAME(all by Lita!) and its happened none-stop since(probably most still by Lita!)

FM need to sort that thing out!
