I have been playing for a few seasons now and although many players have reached 100% XP and have the dash mark next to their name after a game, when I view growth no stats ever increase. Well twice I have seen a player actually gain a point ....but they were 30 years old!....is it a glitch? really frustrating when I have lots of young players!

can't tell you mate, happened to me too, i think it has somthing to do with all the editing ive done lol

There is a bug that affects the XP system which means that you may not see your players improving as much as they should if you keep signing new players to your team.
