Yeah good performance, Veron did well. Van nisterooy hit the crossbar 40 seconds into his debut. While Andy cole scored 18 seconds after coming on.

That's a great start for United this season, hope everything will go like that for the whole season.

They dont, there only preseason games designed to get the players fit and to treat the fans.

I think Ruud will have a great first season in the premier league for sure.

The 4th guy was poor ole Keane... David Beckham took a shot around 2-3 metres behind the penalty area. Beat the malaysian 'keeper, but not that crossbar :p

The scoring almost opened in under 1-2 mins when van nistelrooy gets the ball and tries one just outside the penalty box... it's the crossbar that saved malaysia. Well... van nistelrooys second goal was a clever chip ;) He could have had a "hat-trick-debut" on his first match with united... hmm... :rolleyes:

All I'm saying is that Malaysia isn't premier league...it's malaysia...Lets not jump the guns yet....But it's enevitable that united wil do well...hopefully in Europe...

to be fair, what i seen of the locals that i ''made my mark'' on,these guys looked quite good but these were about 100+Singapore folks playing on one pitch!!

it's strange how you guys can have teams like one has shirts and non-shirts...
in the U.K. you have icicles on your nipples after 5 mins!
