I would say Thierre Henry is an underated player. Tor Andre Flo is also a very good player that doesnt get credit.

There has been a lot of talk of the best player in the world, with Rivaldo, Figo and others being brought up. But what about the other players, not the superstars like Beckham, but the Rebrov's and the van der Gouw's, who is the best of them?

Quinton Fortune!!!

He is a class act. Other underrated, lesser talked-about (but good) players are:

Paulo DiCanio
Jorg Albertz
Marian Pahars
Paul Robinson (starting to get recognised)
Ronaldinho - where did he go?

There are two extremely good players here in Norway, playing for my club, Brann. You probably haven't heard of them yet, but both have been mentioned along with the name of Leeds United.
Mark these names guys, because in a couple of years they will be very famous star-players, playing for a great club.
They are THORSTEIN HELSTAD and AZAR KARADAS.
Both great players, and they have been playing on age-determined international teams all their lives. Thorstein have played 3 games for the Norwegian int. team, and he's had a 100% success. 3 shots, 3 goals.

Mark these names.

Also, I don't think Ronny Johnsen is getting enough credit.

Wilx:
I agree that Paolo Di Canio does not get enough credit - he can be a top quality player, but at times he can lose his temper, and that is why he's not at Juventus, Man Utd or Real Madrid.

regwright:
Tomasz Radzinski and Michael Mols are two very good players who I have admired for some years now and will probably sign on FIFA 2001 as I believe they would be quality signing for many teams.

I also think that Yoshi Kawaguchi (Japan's goalie) is a very under-rated player - he is very good but only plays in the J-League, I think he deserves a step up to one of Europe's top leagues.
