Guys I have a great find. :)
This site (http://vectormagic.stanford.edu/) can "vectorize" your logos! This means:

Basically you just upload the logo to that site (http://vectormagic.stanford.edu/). After choosing the correct settings, it will "vectorize" the logo. Download it as a "*.eps", then you can open it in Photoshop, selecting the dimensions you want without losing much details or being pixelated.
