I missed why Portugals not in the game. Can someone clear that up for me. Thanx

ea could not get the licens from the portuguese league. it is not ea's fault because portuguese league is the one who does not let ea to put the league in to the game.
if you ask why: well probably portuguese league might of asked some some for them to have the license.
