I have a few patches on my fifa2001, including some mega league patch for all leagues....but I am a bit surprised at Feyenoord's perfect stats and bunch of 50 stat players...is this like this in the original settings? Crazy..

HELL NO!!

They wish they were but the fact is that they had a pretty dissapointing season, could have become champions but didn't and settled for the second one. Poor management if you ask me and the players suffered from 'misform' and fatigue.
PSV on the other hand is the strongest team again and became champions by a landslide just like ManU in the EPL. When Ajax has it's form back we'll see who will be the champions next season :D
