Hi all,

I just bought a new and ORIGINAL FIFA 08 for PC..but when i put it into my drive, it doesnt start the installation process or anything at all..i checked 'my computer' and the dvd/cd rom drive is completely empty.

HELP ME PLEASE!

Sounds like either a damaged DVD or that the copy protection mechanism used is messing up your DVD drive. Try it in another PC and see if that can read it.

thanks alot..but are there many editions to fifa08? says here on e cd its a dvd edition.

also..if what you say is right (ie, the copy protection thing)..is there a way to fix it?

Have you tried it in another PC?? The copy protection thing is pretty much a wild stab in the dark - I've not heard of any problems with the copy protection that FIFA uses - but is far from unknown and if that is your problem then there is little you can do, short of fitting a new DVD drive.
