Hi, I only follow the english and scottish leagues. Unfortunatly Man U. will win the EPL I really would like to see Liverpool win it but it wont be, at least not this year.

and as for the Scottish League, and although I dont support Celtic, I'm afraid this will be their year. Just look at the league tables, and look at what the bookies predict.

As for the other leagues............WHO CARES!

Louis van Gaal:
How did you find out about Gremio? What makes you think they are gonna win the Brazilian championship? I hope they do...but it's looking tough right now....Gremio is in 11th place and only 12 clubs will go on to the next round....well anyways I hope they do win!!!!!! Go GREMIO!!!!!!!

Great to see some replies, I'm not pleased with the who picked rangers to be scottish champions, hibs have a better chance of winning than them. Remember celtic are 12 points clear of rangers!!!

R.G., YOU WOULDNT HAPPEN TO BE THE GUY I GOT INTO THE ARGUEMENT WITH ABOUT THE SCOTTISH AND BRAZILIAN LEAGUES LAST YEAR (SEPTEMBER 1999), WOULD YOU??

My Two Cents, and why:

Portugal:
FC Porto
Reason
Benfica adn Sporting both fired their coaches last week, and while Sporting is having a tough time all games, Benfica lost to Alverca.

England:
Manchester United
Reason
No need to explain, I think. Altough the team sometimes slips and lose points (like this week), Arsenal is looses points at a higher rate.

Too early to say:
Italy (AS Roma), Spain (Real Madrid), Germany (Bayern/Leverkusen)

England - Manu, you have to be an idiot to think otherwise

France -- Bordeaux, with a slow start, they are starting to move up and are amongst leaders right now.

Germany -- Bayer Leverkusen, with catastrophe in Europe, they can concentrate on the league. If they beat Bochum next game, they will get the first place for now in Bundesliga.

Spain -- Depor, will surely repeat their success last year. Other teams breathe in the back, though. Gotta stay focused, still in CL too.

Netherlands -- Feyenoord, look their form and consisntency and teamwork. Every time when I see them on FSW, they overplay the opponents. Just like last time with Ajax.

Italy -- Roma. The only consistent team this year in Italy. The kindergarten can also challenge for the 1st place, but they can drop off because Juve is 2nd. Kindergarten will finish 3rd or 4th.

Turkey -- I don't get involved in the league, all my hopes for Russian Gaziantepspor, but as I read their last match report against Gala, Gala was way better than them. Gala will win it, if Jardel will stay.

Greece -- Also do not follow the league much. Don't even know who is 1st, who is 2nd, but I see Panathinaikos in the second stage of the CL, so I'll guess they will get it.

Russia -- the season was finished with Spartak's 4th consecutive win. Next season will be them again, there is a little doubt about that.

Ukraine -- Dinamo Kyiv, I hope for someone new, liek Shakhter Donetsk with one of my fav coaches (Prokopenko) and fav. players (Bakharev, ex Spartak), but DK is more likely to get it.
