Yes it is. You need to edit the arm texture which is part of their face. But you could just give them long sleeves.;)

It's exactly as Jayvol said. I still play Fifa07 and use CM07 to extract face file then use photoshop and select far left box. You should notice a hand print the bottom left corner and 1 next to it. This is the hands and the part bove that is the arms. What i do is create a box and highlight the arm then use paint can to add the colour. Then save as a new file then import with CM07 again. You can also colour the hands to make gloves but it doesn't look too good. Here are few screen shots I prepared earlier. You should notice that I've put wristbands in it aswell but can just modify this in the game settings.

the only problem would be changing the colour of the skin to match home and away jerseys.... and thats not possible unless u change the texture each time u want to use a different kit

Thanks but it's not that big of a problem because I am constantly changing settings in Creation Master (boots, etc) that it only take a minute or so. ALSO Man U probably on use their away kits against 3 or clubs in the premier league and only a few in UCL so I only change the SKINS when they use the different kit.

Here is a tip: put the face file (t21__[player ID]_0_0.fsh) in the FIFA main directory, and (IMPORTANT!) delete the same file in the zdata_XX.big using FileMaster. This way you can change the skin without rebuilding fifa.fat, so you don't have to restart FIFA.

You can do this with other files too. I did the same with captain armbands and indicators. ;) You could do it with balls and adboards too (I think)! ;)

Rooney face I don't know who made it. I asked for it from Silencer months back after seeing it in one of his screenshots and he didn't know either.

i dont suggest this, its better to use long sleeves, coz in summer season they will have this too, so u have to change face all the time

some clubs use that like that, shirts with short sleeves and they wear some 'underwears'

To make it easier I've made another Photoshop Shop Sleeve file for EPL teams. I just did Epl colours because most other leagues' players use these skins because it just doesn't get cold enough. I've put in most teams kit colours aswell as wrists bands and 4 different gloves. You need to do is import your own face files.
