Because the picture sizes are bigger with 2GK, are they easier to make than non-2GK kits? Also do I need any program or file for the kits to work or do I just install them normally?

You need the texture.big file that supports 2GK kits, EA Graph to import the parts and a good drawing program. I reccomend Abobe PhotoShop!!!!!!

thats is probably because thay have a ****ed up PC or didn't include the texture.big file or using Win2000 or ......well I don't know!

well, i downloaded the texture file, i don't have win 200, but 98, and although my computer isn't the fastest in the world, the game ran fine before i started downlaoding those crap 2gk kits........ :mad:

I reckon 2GK just sucks because they're so incompatible. So what - they may be better looking but if it works on just one format and the changed texture.big file f*cks up the way your other kits will look in the game (such as the BLACK SLEEVES) then why f*cking bother...

Maniac did someone give you a brown envelope to say that 2GK is good when it's f*cking useless? I've seen your work and I won't even bother comparing them to my work...

I never tried to make 2GK kits for one single reason: it isn't a challenge. The Ajax 95 CL final kit would be much easier to make with 2GK, but using the standart 32bit, it became more challenging.

Anyway, I think 32bit kits are better. 2GK are easier to make and in most cases look better but they cause too much problems.

Either way, they are both great techniques so if you get a good kit, who cares which type is better.

My opinion is that they can both be very detailed, just look at JJ's kits and Jinman Bae's kits or FJ's kits!

well to tell u the truth, first I tought also that 32bit kits were the best! but when I tried out the 2GK on my PC, I was ammazed!!
and they were easier to make.

Every type has good and bad parts:
32bit:
1. It works for everyone
2. It has less detail

2GK:
1. It doesn't work for everyone
2. It has more detail

To put it simple, the best kit types are the ones you like, after all it is your game!
