now im sure many people have probably worked out how to put the bernabeu into their fifa using creation master 08 (as i just have) but there are probably also a lot of ppl who havent, and have been waiting for a specific thread like this

well (in lieu of recent threads made by everybodys favourite, AR53N4L, i will make these instructions clear and painstakingly obvious)....

1. open creation master.... you guys still with me?

2. click on the stadiums tab

3. in the navigation bar, click the page of paper with the yellow star in the top left corner that is on the left of the three

4. change the names...

Airport Code: MAD
Stadium ID: 2
Capacity: 80,400

5. click on the 3d model tab for the stadium

6. check the box for clear day and night (im not sure about overcast day)

7. assign the bernabeu as the stadium for Real Madrid in madrids team page!

there you have it, SANTIAGO BERNABEU IN FIFA 08!

hi,sorry to bump up this old thread , can anyone link me to the .cmp version of the santiago bernabeu plz . Ive already searched for it, all i found was victormarcao's patch which was an exe. But i was just wondering if anyone has made a cmp for the stadium. I also looked into the stadium download index thread . But im afraid , the bernabeu wasnt there in it as it was already available in fifa07. Thank you in advance guys (Y)

i dont think there is a cmp for this file... follow my instructions above and you should have it in game!

I did that , it says 'The id is already used' :S

simo, you mean by this procedure that Santiago Bernabeu´s files are hidden in the zdata system files, or that we have to take those graphic files from the 07 version, and import them to fifa 08?

the files are hidden in the zdata files... i had a light bulb switch on in my head when i read about the classic players hidden in the zdata's (btw does anybody know the id for jay-jay okocha?) so i thought maybe it might be the same for the bernabeu, and it was!! and this also leads me to believe that if there was something in a previous version of fifa, that it might be hidden in the a zdata file somewhere, so if anyone wants something from an older fifa and knows the id number, have a go in creation master at adding it yourself!!

Naughthy naughthy EA, wanted to keep this lovely playground away from us, but hey i think the idea of not having it never crossed our minds.

I've already installed a stadium in ID 2; how can I remove it to get the Bernabeu in game? Can I just give the previously installed stadium a new ID?

Good idea; if someone who has installed the Bernabeu could export it as a cmp patch that'd be great.

no mate . All i did was import a few stadiums using cm. But im sure they were assigned other stadium ids.

By importing a few stadiums using CM, you used id 2. I'm pretty sure it looks for the first available/open id slot and assigns it to that so your id 2 slot would have been the first to be overwritten.

I tried deleting the stadium i had assigned to id 2. This allowed me to create the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in id 2, however the textures under the 3D tab still showed my old imported textures.

Any way to get someone to export the .fsh files for the textures under the 3D tab (not the 3d model files...the texture files to the right of that)?

hey but santiago bernabeu was the first stadium i had tried to import. So im not so sure whether that id was preoccupied by some other stadium.

Someone should make a cmp. patch of the stadium and post the download link here, so the people who overwrote the stadium could have it in the game to.

I can post a .cmp patch with the stadium´s files, but from fifa 07, i haven´t so far imported any to fifa 08.

I think they share the same format so the answer is yes.

Sorry to bump this, but I had another stadium as ID 2, I changed it to another available number and inserted the Bernabeu as ID 2 and it crashes. You have to remove the Stadium from ID 2 first, then put the Bernabeu in then re-add you stadium you removed.
Actually, I just tested this and the old stadium is still there, how can I properly remove it? Help.

Anyway how do you find these hidden players? which players have you found and what do i have to do to get them?

dave5000, yes they can be used, the only issue is that many of the PES and fifa 07 converted stadiums have too much polygons, so the game´s performance drops in great deal, example: Philips Stadion.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I noticed when doing this that there is no stadium occupying id 3 either.

Does that mean there is another hidden stadium?

Try creating a new stadium with id 3 and see if there are any files already assigned to that id. Like with the bernabeu all the graphic files are already there.
