I couldnt help thinking after playing the game for 4 months, are all goalkeepers the same? whether you choose amatuer, pro or WC, whether its Casillas, Robinson or Xu Ye, in goal they seems just as easy or difficult to beat. does anyone have any ideas?
cheers

yeah I've been thinking it's like that too...I had keepers set on World Class thinking it'd be more "realistic" while playing with Nott Forest. However, I could hardly score a freaking goal since all these league 1 keepers would save every single shot I took. I then changed to professional and while it's better, it's still really annoying considering that these keepers actually have **** ratings...oh well

I am not sure, but from the ai.ini keeper tuning parameters, it seems to imply that certain parameters are set to "override" the keeper traits. They are "on" by default. I haven't tried playing around with them yet by turning them "off" to see what happens. It claims that it would use actual data base attributes if they were all set to zero.

Sounds interesting. Can you give us some feedback on the experimentation? I'm just curious even though I don't play on PC.
