Don't you think that a big priority for FIFA could be to get top class, well funded, established leaguges in every country registered under them? Take a good example, Canada. In a previous topic it was suggested that Canada has more kids playing football than ice hockey! Well then, why not do something about it!?! It might not be down to FIFA at the end of the day, it might just be down to government funding, but if it is handled sooner, then it would be better! Opinions please:

Since your talking about, i'm not sure but i think the Dutch goverment is also funding the dutch clubs. And we all know that Holland has plenty of young talented players.
But not every country (like African coutries) can make money available for such thinks...

I know its easier said than done, but there is a thing called sponsorship.

I dont think this is possible. FIFA will have to established around 170 leagues.
