There is no way the play in the ECC and EFA at the first season without
edit the FIFA.
You need the play full season and in the 2nd season you can play in ECC or Efa.

As I understand it by changing the tournament ids you sidestep whatever internal processes are performed to stop teams making multiple appearances in the ECC/EFA due to different qualification routes, so you will likely get duplicate teams
