Anybody who KNOWS: Is it still 1 to 7? Are there BIG differences between say a 2 and a 6?

On FIFA 2000 it was actually 1 to 8, but only if you have Fed2000 - you just set the rating to 0, save, then go into the game and the rating is on 8.
