Is it possible to add someone as a guest ON-LINE?

We want to get a 4-way game online. Two people are able to play from 1 console, the only thing is only 3 out of the 4 have xbox live! I know I'm able to add a guest in some other games, is this possible in FIFA 08 for Xbox 360 or not?

Please help!
