If I was there I'd call some of them morons and tell them to play for their country like they do for their club.

Some players like Giggs don't put in any effort at all when playing for Wales - I mean that miss goes to show Giggs can't be arsed when he's playing for his country (yet I bet if he was playing for United right then - he'd have buried it)...

FIFAManU-Tom -> if I'd have been Sparky when I saw Giggs miss that shot I would have substitutes then shot him.

I saw the wales match just a minute ago, wales should have beaten the Poles,Jerzey Dudek(the polish keeper) is one hell of a good keeper isn't he.
Giggs made some excellent runs and there was one run where he tried to score from the same angle as the great goal he scored vs Arsenal in the FA Cup semi-final replay.
Unfortunately his effort flashed across the face of goal, he maybe should have pulled it back...
Northern Ireland lost yet again :( whilst the republic of Ireland pulled of another great result, 1-1 draw against Portugal!

Cool mate....the closest i've gotten to a national team was when i went to watch a brazil practise at cancha comari in rio...in 1998 I think...it was awesome....i got a pic with rivaldo and cafu....plus autographs from a bunch of players...... :D :D

The closest I came to a footballer was when David Beckham posed with me for a photo, schook hands with me and signed an autograph.
Oh and I also me George Best once :D

It's nice to see players up close and talk to them even.
A few months ago I was in Amsterdam and I saw Kluivert in a pub there, turns out to be his favorite bar when he's in the country.
I asked him how he was doing and congratulated him with the goals he made for Barcelona the weekend before and he said laughing "thanx I'm doing great, how about yourself?" I didn't expect an answer like that, more like 'give me some privacy' or smth.
He gave me an autograph and all and asked me if I wanted to drink something and my mate as well. Now that's what I call 'staying normal' and not arrogant because he's a big star. He didn't stay long cause he was there visiting friends from his Ajax period.
I always thought that he was sympathetic but now i know he is :D :D

i fell off a ladder at work and hit the floor really hard - severely injuring myself.
so-in-so is glad he called caims direct....
