Anyone watch the Man City - Tottenham game on the weekend? I think he could've potentially saved both those goals...however he didn't even make an attempt at it. Why does Ramos pick him? Cerny hasn't been any worse...maybe I'm just being harsh?

I was listening over the radio and a person commented that What may be happening is that with the Uefa cup secured (Thanks to the Win over chelsea in the cup), Ramos may be playing players to see which guys he will get rid Of during the summer. It actually does make sense, I mean, What is there to play for now??

i think David James is the best English Goalkeeper now.
Robinson is a second division player.

Anyone who takes the England #1 spot for now is just keeping it warm for Foster (H)

Robinson's big downfall is his inconsistency. He needs a tough Keeper coach with him... or even a psycologist to get those concentration lapses out of his game.

I agree with Daz, Fozzy will be the Sais keeper for the foreseeable future. Amazing to think he played for my sh*tty local club only three years ago having come on loan from Stoke where he was third choice.

As long as he doesn't make any stupid mistakes then James will (and probably should) be the 'keeper for the World Cup should we qualify.

Foster is for the future, not yet. Carson isn't having the most amazing season and it's blatantly clear that Capello isn't fond of Robinson. Green/Kirkland are on the fringe, but i doubt they'll ever be the first team choice.

Yeah that does make sense...interesting. So Robinson will be out in the summer maybe?

I think Kameni will come in for Spurs in place of Paul.We could even see Canizares as a surprise signing.

If Cudicini took English citizenship, which I believe he's entitled to now, he'd be England number 1.
Almunia isn't anything special, Wenger only chooses him because his first language isn't English.

It should be noted that with the exceptions of Peter Crouch and Theo Walcott, Manuel Almunia speaks better English than any member of the England squad.

it does make England look desperate when they try to snare an oh-so-Italian to be their #1 because their own "thoroughbreds" can't cut it ... but I have to agree on both points ...

Just a buncha gibberish / And motherf*ckers act like they forgot about Dre ... uh, forgot about Leh ... Lehmann ... jawohl!
