my problem is i have players i cant play i dont know why all i know is that their names appear in red

did you submit their numbers at the start of the season?

if it's a continental competition, like the euro cup or something, he/she HAS to submit squad numbers before game can move forward. it would not make his players unusable. he wouldn't be able to get to competition. however, for regular games i have no idea... whenever new players are brought into squad, you can give them numbers right before game. weird.

It's Spain, you have to register players for teams there.

nah you just cant have more than 3 non eu in your starting 11 i think.
